Not delivered when expected

I ordered this item on 6/20 with they delivery date between 6/21-6/24. This item is coming from about 3 hours away from my address. I then got an email on Thursday stating 6/25 delivery. Received another email on 6/25 for 6/27 delivery. Then another for 6/28 delivery. I was expecting an needed this by Saturday. It shouldnt take over a week to go 3 hours. I get that there are shipments to the next facility but this is ridiculous!

I bought their installer, Handy. They sent an UNPROFESSIONAL idiot who put 2 holes in my new walls (recently renovated) because he MEASURED INCORRECTLY. then, he left to get spackle and paint to fix it. Then, he cancelled! I left my office for this. I have not seen my refund but will call American Express and file a claim.

Problem with 56” jezebel 3 fan

I recent bought this fan. There is a problem with the operation though. The fan works fine with the remote, however when we have the fan running at second speed over night , at some point during the night the fan stops and the light comes on, completely on its own. I have checked the code both on the fan receiver and the transmitter, still the problem exists. Please advise what issue could be.

User's recommendation: Fan is so quiet, especially for a bedroom.

I do not see a credit on my credit card statement

I received a product that was damage. I was told I would be credited for the purchase price after I showed pictures reflecting the damage. I was told to discard the product. I have not received a credit on my credit card

Lost Nerchandise

I placed an order for the Blaine Glass Dining Table on April 2nd Received an email on April 10th saying it had been shipped to Carol Stream and it would be delivered between April 22-29. It has still not been delivered and assuming it is lost. Have made various calls and have been told it will be resolved within a few days. Have spoken to 3 representatives and 1 manager. Nothing resolved yet. Frustrated and upset. Loyal Wayfair customer for 5 years and have never had any issues before.

Poor customer service & false advertising

AllModern website ( not a coupon website) states that 1st time buyers can download a 1 time 10% discount coupon, but it is impossible to download the coupon. I contacted customer service &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; they claimed this offer did not exist even though I pointed out exactly where it was stated on the AllModern website. I purchased the same wicker chest online for even less than the price from AllModern even with the 10% coupon.

User's recommendation: Never buy from AllModern or any Wayfair companies.

Rude customer service

The AllModern website clearly states that by signing up for their email newsletter you get a 1 time 10% discount coupon but is not possible to get this offer is on the AllModern website, not a coupon website. The customer service person was, at my request, suppose to transfer me to a supervisor, but instead placed me back in queue for a customer service person, not a supervisor, so I hung up. I ordered the same resin wicker chest at another company at a lower price with no hassle.

Allmodern charged cost of items which I did not order

Allmodern charged cost of items of which I did not order to my credit card that I was unaware that they had access to. Charging over $800... when this occurred I immediately found the cancel button and I thought it would be cancelled ... but no it was not cancelled... within 5 minutes I was speaking with Customer Service and the Manager Yvette/ylabeet@***.com...but she said the order could not be cancelled and they had charged my account already... thus policy sucks... I want my money back into my account ASAP and I am contacting my lawyer about this. Nancy Wynn Koyl
