I received an email that the chairs you wanted were on sale, including the picture and price. When I called customer service to order, they said the chair was 8 times the advertised price.
I forwarded the email and it was still not honored. Very disappointed in their customer service response.

Delivered damaged goods. Zero resolution.
All Modern handed me off to the manufacturer who has done nothing. Furious.
User's recommendation: Buyer beware. All modern does not accept responsibility. They put you off to a manufacturer.
Multiple Damaged Deliveries
My wife and I found an end table we loved in store so we bought the floor model and ordered the second one at the store to be delivered. It arrived two weeks later but it was damaged.
The item was white glove delivery so the delivery people took it back on the truck. I called customer service to get a replacement sent and to offer a discount. They did not offer any discount for the inconvenience, they are only able to send a replacement. So two weeks later here we are again with an end table that came damaged a SECOND TIME.
We have to wait now another 2 weeks for a third attempt at delivering the end table and we were not given any discount on the item whatsoever for the inconvenience, time off work to be at the house and frustration. The only thing they gave was 10% off coupon for use on one item.
Take whatever we can get at this point but if management wants to have happy customers they need to give something to their customers to get them coming back. We were going to be buying two accent chairs during the sale that starts tomorrow but we will probably take our money elsewhere.

I ordered a double vanity for $2300 and they sent me a completely different product (single vanity, different size, different brand). They said I need to contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue. No refund, and won't send me the product I ordered even though it's still available on their website.

Received two sets of stools. Boxes were damaged upon arrival and one pair of stools was the incorrect color than the order. Allmodern could/would not exchange or resolve issue.
Really unhappy with the lack of help or resolution when I received the wrong item I ordered. I didn’t get the corrected items sent nor credit towards another purchase.
When a company makes a mistake, they should be held accountable and make sure to do everything in their power to mediate the issue. I’ll no longer be a customerOf allmodern or Wayfair
Incorrect color stools delivered and damaged. We had a massive setback getting into new house and were unable to open both boxes until 30 days past order.
Allmodern would not help resolve or help and instead informed me I had to take it up with the manufacture but couldnt provide do tact details. Very dissatisfied

Missing part
We weren't missing a part, we were just missing assembly instructions and didn't realize there was another piece being the cone of the bulb holders which solved our problem.
Our rep was FANTASTIC, patient, helpful while she forwarded instructions and walked the electrician through the process of attaching the globed. She gets a 20 out of 10 in my book. Give that woman a raise!

allmodern takes pieces of furniture (being sold on other websites with the real manufacturer product name) marks it up and renames it so the customer will not know it is the same product being sold on another website for hundreds of dollars less.
I ordered a Drew Dining Table from allmodern for $1500. When it arrived it was labeled as a Poly & Bark Cleo Dining Table.
I called customer service to make sure I had received the right product. They told me it was the correct product and that was the product name from the manufacturer. They said they usually relabel it as a Drew Dining Table. When I looked up the real name of the product on other legitimate websites (houzz, hayneedle, walmart, home depot) the product was accurately labeled on their websites as the Poly & Bark Cleo Dining Table and selling for $1200.
So essentially allmodern took this product that all these websites are selling for $1200, renamed it so customers could not price compare it, and sold it for $1500. What a scam and fraudulent way to do business. They even went so far as to white out the Cleo Dining Table name from the assembly instructions that are included on their website. Of course when I contacted allmodern they said they dont price match.
This is not about price matching! If you had advertised the product accurately I would have been able to shop for the best price originally.
This is about scamming your customers! Shame!

Need fabrics on a barrel chair
I wanted to purchase 2 barrel chairs, but I was unable to get fabrics. I am not comfortable buying something without seeing the color.

I was told that my leather couch order was being shipped and delivered a month ago. A month later, I am told that AmmModern is looking for supplier.
My credit card was billed, so, I ordered complementing furniture pieces, area rugs, a throw, and room paint. Where is my couch?!?!
I am told by four customer service agents that they dont know and are researchingand, they may not be able to get it. We will see if they find a reasonable and equitable solution.
