Refund never applied, delay in shipping for a month

Don't use this company if you value your time and money. My order never arrived and never left the warehouse when I checked back a month later. Refund request has been pending for over a other month. Customer service line wait time is 1 hr minimum and every rep tells you a different story. Go with someone else when purchasing furniture.

Merchandise did not arrive when promised

Date of arrival was changed without notification. I had to make several phone calls to find out. A tracing number would have been nice! FedEx gets a failing grade

Warped Wood in my package

I put every single piece together as the assembly manual said and 5 poles do not fit. They are too short and literally dangle. The top piece of wood is bowed out and is warped. This is ridiculous it took me all day to assemble my bed frame that was not cheap.

I placed an order for some patio furniture May 29, the estimated delivery was said to be around June 5. I never received any kind of email with updated shipping information. Finally after two weeks of not hearing anything, I tried to cancel the order. Your company refused, saying the order had shipped. It clearly hasnt shipped. Every time I check the FedEx website, it still says after another week of waiting the order only has a label created and is waiting to ship. I really honestly just want to resolve this, get a refund and move on.
